Conference Payment Guide - Quick Reference

🔄 Complete Registration Flow

📝 Step 1: Initial Registration

Click "Register" - Start conference registration
Enter Email & Phone - Provide contact information
Submit Form - Complete initial registration

📧 Step 2: Payment Email

Subject: Complete your payment

Payment URL: → [Payment Link]

Verify URL: → [Verify Payment]

Complete Registration → [Registration Link]

💳 Step 3: Payment & Final Registration

Click Payment URL from email
Complete payment (Mobile Money or Card)
Wait for verification (1-2 minutes)
Click "Complete Registration" link

📱 Mobile Money

Select Country - Choose your country from dropdown
Choose Provider - Select mobile money service (M-Pesa, Airtel, MTN, etc.)
Enter Phone Number - Use your registered mobile money number
Review Details - Check amount, currency, and instructions
Accept Terms - Check the DPO terms checkbox
Click "Continue To Pay" - Complete the transaction

✅ Success: You'll receive a payment prompt on your phone. Enter your PIN and confirm.

💳 Debit/Credit Card

Enter Card Details - Name, number, expiry, CVC
Verify Information - Double-check all details
Accept Terms - Check the DPO terms checkbox
Click "Continue To Pay" - Process the transaction

✅ Success: Payment will be processed securely through DPO.

🔄 After Payment

You'll be redirected to payment verification page
Wait 1-2 minutes for system verification
Check your email for confirmation
Save your transaction reference number
Complete Final Registration - Click the registration link in your email

🔧 Troubleshooting

Mobile Money Issues:

Payment not received → Check phone for prompts
Insufficient balance → Top up your account
Wrong number → Use registered mobile money number

Card Issues:

Card declined → Check with your bank
Invalid details → Double-check card information
3D Secure → Complete bank authentication

General Issues:

Page timeout → Refresh and try again
Verification pending → Wait 2-3 minutes
Duplicate payment → Contact support immediately
Email not received → Check spam folder or contact support
Registration link expired → Contact support for new link
