  2. Enter Email Address - Provide your valid email address for communication
  3. Enter Phone Number - Provide your contact phone number
  4. Submit Registration - Complete the initial registration form

Click on the Payment URL in your email to access the secure payment portal and choose your preferred payment method.

Mobile Money Payment
  1. Select Your Country: Choose your country from the dropdown menu to see available mobile money options.
  2. Choose Payment Option: Select your preferred mobile money provider (e.g., M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, etc.)
  3. Enter Phone Number:
    • Enter your mobile money registered phone number
    • Ensure the number is active and has sufficient balance
    • Double-check the country code prefix is correct
  4. Review Payment Details: Verify the amount, currency, and payment instructions displayed
  5. Accept Terms: Check the box to agree to DPO Terms and Conditions
  6. Complete Payment: Click "Continue To Pay" to initiate the transaction

  • You will receive a payment prompt on your phone
  • Enter your mobile money PIN when prompted
  • Confirm the payment amount and recipient
  • Wait for the confirmation message

  • Payment confirmation message on your phone
  • Redirect to payment verification page
  • Transaction status shows "Paid" or "Success"

Debit/Credit Card Payment
  1. Enter Card Details: Fill in your card information:
    • Card holder name (as it appears on the card)
    • 16-digit card number
    • Expiry month and year
    • 3-digit CVC/CVV code (on the back of the card)
  2. Verify Information: Double-check all card details for accuracy
  3. Accept Terms: Check the box to agree to DPO Terms and Conditions
  4. Complete Payment: Click "Continue To Pay" to process the transaction

  • Your card information is encrypted and secure
  • DPO is a trusted payment processor
  • No card details are stored on our servers
✅ Success Indicators:
  • Payment confirmation message
  • Redirect to payment verification page
  • Transaction status shows "Paid" or "Success"
🔄 After Payment Completion:
  1. You will be automatically redirected to the payment verification page
  2. Wait for the system to verify your payment (usually takes 1-2 minutes)
  3. Check your email for payment confirmation
  4. Save your transaction reference number for future reference
  5. Complete Final Registration: Click the "Complete Registration" link in your email to finish the registration process

🔧 Troubleshooting Common Issues

Mobile Money Issues:

  • Payment not received: Check your phone for payment prompts and ensure you entered the correct PIN
  • Insufficient balance: Top up your mobile money account before attempting payment
  • Wrong phone number: Ensure you're using the phone number registered with your mobile money service
  • Network issues: Try again in a few minutes or contact your mobile money provider

Card Payment Issues:

  • Card declined: Check with your bank if the transaction is blocked or if you have sufficient funds
  • Invalid card details: Double-check card number, expiry date, and CVC
  • 3D Secure required: Complete any additional authentication steps required by your bank
  • International transaction: Ensure your card allows international transactions

General Issues:

  • Page timeout: Refresh the page and try again
  • Payment verification pending: Wait 2-3 minutes and refresh the verification page
  • Duplicate payment: Contact support immediately if you notice duplicate charges
  • Email not received: Check your spam folder or contact support for resend
  • Registration link expired: Contact support to get a new registration link
  • Payment completed but no confirmation: Check the verification URL manually
